Hi Dan,
Do you tie your own flies? If not, do you have any suggestions on where to buy the ones you use up there/
Thanks,
Vic
I tie my own occasionally. 80-90 percent of the time, your using pretty standard stuff. Hare’s ears, prince nymphs, pheasant tails, size 14-18 for nymphs, parachute Adams, Humpies and elk hair caddis in 14-18, maybe 20, for dries and assorted wooly buggers, hoppers and ants will get you going. Where I buy depends. Sometimes Cabela’s, sometimes Sportsman’s Warehouse, sometimes the Angler’s edge in Minden or the Reno Fly Shop.
